Project name: Maintenance of central air conditioning and separate units for the House of Zakat

A- comprehensive annual maintenance (before the equipment operating season) -

(1) Inspect the good performance of compressors and motors.

(2) Cleaning and washing the cooling and condensing circuits with pressurized water.

(3) Checking the amount of refrigerant and oil in the device.

(4) Lubrication and lubrication of the moving parts.

(5) Inspecting the damaged belts and adjusting the tension.

(6) Inspect and tighten the internal and external parts of the device.

(7) Inspect and clean all electrical circuits and ensure their safety.

(8) Cleaning and washing the air filters.

(9) Cleaning the condensation drainpipes.

(10) Transfer from cooling to heating and vice versa.

b- Periodic preventive maintenance (during the period of operation of the equipment) at least twice during one month:

(1) General monitoring of the proper performance of the device, mechanically and electrically.

(2) Cleaning and washing the air filters.

(3) Cleaning and washing the cooling and condensing circuits with pressurized water.

(4) Measuring the pressure and quantity of refrigerant gas and oil.

(5) Measuring the electrical load of the devices.

(6) Measuring the electric potential difference.

(7) Inspect and test devices against refrigerant gas leakage.

(8) Detecting worn out belts and adjusting tension.

(9) Adjusting the temperature regulator (thermostat).

(10) Supply of (10) Freon 134A

(11) Supply of (10) belts of each size
